The long awaited first grill class is upon us!
 So for starters allow me to take a moment and make a correction from the April Newsletter. This grill clinic was noted for this Wednesday the 12th but will now be held Thursday the 20th.
We will begin the clinic at 6:30 and class will presumably be about an hour to an hour and a half.
Food and beverages will be on hand and some door prizes will also be given away.
For those who were not in attendance last year, here is a brief synopsis of what this clinic entails:
Grill maintenance, including cleaning cook grids and proper cast iron seasoning
