Grill Cooking Class Vol.1
The first cooking class of the season is only a week away and we are starting this cooking season with a style of cooking very near and dear to our hearts, Low and Slow.
This will certainly perk the ears of Big Green Egg enthusiasts, but this should also intrigue those of you cooking with gas too. We will be demonstrating some different ways to cook on both styles of units (and of course if there are any questions we don't cover we will have our staff of experts on hand).

Attendance is, as always, free but we need your RSVP to help us plan for the masses. The grill clinic was such a success this year I might even suggest grabbing your seats early, if possible. Let us know if you plan on attending and who you'll be bringing (the whole neighborhood if you like).
